HOW DO I PROCEED THROUGH THE CHECK OUT PROCESS?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (trough PayPal).

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

WHICH BROWSER SHOULD I USE TO VIEW YOUR SITE?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. 

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimate.
Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

* My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

* I am missing some of the items in my order, what is going on?
Our items are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two warehouses, it will be two shipments. The rest of the shipment will arrive shortly. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process to send the item back.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes International Shipping can take longer due to customs clearance. You can track your order and see where it's at right now. If you still feel you need help in tracking or need to inquire about your order then please email to info@tempotats.com

DO YOU HAVE REFUND POLICY?

We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their products online but if you want a refund for your products then we can do that if done within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please read more about our return policy here
